It’s built for anyone who manages or invests in short-term rentals in Italy.
How do I find short-term rental properties to manage?
On Deals you unlock the contacts of owners looking for a manager in your area: the contact becomes yours exclusively, with the profile and the appointment in your calendar. Before the call you prepare the revenue estimate as a PDF, and you can bring in the AI Coach to improve your negotiation.
How much does it cost?
Signing up is free and you get 10 welcome credits. Then you can choose Starter (€49 a month, 20 credits) or PRO (€97 a month, 50 credits), or buy credit packs. An owner lead costs 6 credits, a revenue estimate 2.
Is rental arbitrage (subletting for short stays) legal in Italy?
Yes, with the owner’s written consent in the lease and in line with tax and local council rules. On Deals you’ll find properties already offered for subletting; on our blog we explain contracts, taxes and risks.
